In regard with the handling of personal information, Kyoto Minsai Japanese Language School (hereafter referred to as “the school”) stipulates the following privacy policy to appropriately protect personal information.

1. Obtaining personal information

   The school will obtain its customers’ personal information by appropriate means and to the extent necessary for the school’s business execution.

2. Using personal information

   The school will use its customer’s personal information to the extent necessary for the school’s business execution, including but not limited to educational activities, and will not use it for other purposes unless consent is given by the principal.

3. Managing personal information

   The school will properly implement necessary measures to appropriately manage its customers’ personal information.

4. Providing personal information

   The school will not provide personal information to any third parties, excluding cases where the consent of the principal has been received in advance and cases provided by Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws as exceptions.

5. Disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information

   When the school receives requests from the principal for disclosure, correction, deletion etc. of the personal information, it will promptly implement disclosure, correction, deletion etc. of the personal information once the requester’s identity is confirmed.
