LONG TERM PROGRAM
Kyoto Minsai’s Long Term Program provides students with the opportunity to learn Japanese systemically for one to two years. Students also take Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) preparatory classes and can take special classes offered at set schedules during school terms.
Numerous culture classes, sports events (Kyoto Minsai All Sports), and extracurricular activities such as speech contests and class excursions are also offered alongside school clubs such as the Minsai Sencha Club where members learn the art of the Japanese tea ceremony.
We also partner and organize various cultural exchange events with nearby universities, allowing our learners to interact with local Japanese students outside of our campuses.
Long Term students are allowed to take on part-time work for up to 28 hours per week to supplement their living expenses.
