Admission Process

1. Applicant takes an Online Consultation with Kyoto Minsai.

2. Applicants selects their preferred course from the following:

   ① Academic Course

   ② Business Preparation & Communication Course

   ③ Japanese Language & Culture Course

3. Applicant takes an Online Interview & Exam in Japanese (for ① and ②; Online Interview only for ③).

4. Applicant pays the Application Screening Fee [33,000 JPY (non-refundable)].

5. Applicant submits application documents to Kyoto Minsai.

6. After checking, Kyoto Minsai submits application documents to Japan Regional Immigration Services Bureau.

7. Certificate of Eligibility (COE) Announcement (Results generally take around 2-3 months.).

8. Kyoto Minsai sends the remaining invoice to applicant.

9. Applicant pays the remaining school fees.

10. Kyoto Minsai sends COE and other documents to the applicant for Student Visa Application.

11. Applicant applies for a student visa at the Japanese Consulate in their country.

12. Applicant arrives in Japan.

13. Class starts.
