There appears to be a misunderstanding about ERFS.
ERFS stands for “Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System” and it is operated by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan.
Based on the New Border Measures, from June10, 2022, it is allowed for new entry into Japan if the receiving organizations located in Japan complete prescribed applications in EFRS.
So that means, the certificate of ERFS is issued by them but NOT by any schools.
All we can do is registering applicants into ERFS system as a receiving organization and printing the certification of ERFS out to send it to them after the registration.
